Our Shizuoka Plant has a variety of machines including calenders and extruders
which make it possible for us to produce a wide array of products and to do
flexible development work.
-
In addition to many types of testing machines and analyzers, we have vacuum
forming machinery and stamping mold machines. These machines are able to mold
the products in the same size as the mass production at car manufacturers.
This enables us to check the moldability of our products from the initial
development stage. This assists in developing the products needed by our
customers quickly and effectively by feeding back data of the molding tests.
With our state of the art technology our customers are able to save valuable
development time.
-
Our vacuum forming machine is used not only for moldability testing but also in
mass production of Instrument Panel parts for Honda.
-
We installed the stamping mold machine at our Shizuoka plant recently in
response to the current tendency of the molding method in the Automotive
Industry. We have used this machine in the development of SPM materials.
